Hi! I'm glad you like my music.

I'll answer your (good) questions:

1.- Nowadays I have near 3 GB of my music (LPs, EPs, demos) stored in my web server. If I choose to make it available also in OGG, the space will grow to (more than) 6 GB, which is too much (3 GB is already too much). I'd like to serve the WAV tracks of my music, to make the remixes easier, but that's even more difficult. I choose MP3 over OGG only because people knows MP3 much more than OGG. And with Jamendo making my music available in OGG format (yes, the ogg download was easier before) I don't worry too much.

Yes, Ogg Vorbis is free and has higher quality, but my election is making my music available to the highest number of people which I can. So I prefer MP3.

2.- I think all my important music (solo LPs, Evil Inside, Ciruelo Cilindrico and Hipospadia) is already uploaded at Jamendo. The rest: a) cannot be uploaded to Jamendo (copyright issues), b) is incomplete, c) doesn't have enough quality to be considered.

Thanks for your interest!

: Hello!
: I have discovered your music on Jamendo.com few days ago. I have listened to (almost) all your albums on Jamendo. The music is just wonderful!
: Thank you very much for sharing such music art with other people for free! :)
: But I have some questions to you:
: 1. Why don't you use Ogg Vorbis format for your audio files? This is a completely free of patents format and it gives noticeably higher quality in comparison to MP3. Unfortunately, Jamendo doesn't let direct downloads in Ogg Vorbis format at the moment, but it lets download the music in this format via torrents.
: 2. Why aren't all of your albums present on Jamendo?
:
: Regards,
: Vladimir
