Using your Grosse Fuge in an interactive fiction

Dear Daniel Bautista,

I attempted to contact you at the webmaster-mail-address under "Credits", but apparently that didn't work, so I'll try again using this forum. :)

I am contemplating using your recording of Beethoven's Grosse Fuge in a fugue-themed interactive fiction game I will soon publish. This song was released by you under the Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license, which basically means I would have to distribute my game under that same license if I wanted to use it. This doesn't really make sense, since it is not a software license.

So my question to you is whether I could use this piece of music provided I publish my game under the "GNU GPL version 3 or any later version" (the preferred license of the Free Software Foundation). The game would also contain a paragraph like this:

If you have the version with music, you will be hearing the Große Fuge of Ludwig van Beethoven (opus 133). It is performed on electric guitar by Daniel Bautista, and released under the Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license. Check out his entire Beethoven album and other works on http://www.jamendo.com/en/album/27602.

Yours sincerely,
Victor Gijsbers
